Where are your storage units located?
Bristol Mills Storage facility is located at 1001 Bristol Rd in Bristol Maine.
We also offer on-site storage that can be dropped off at your location.

Do you offer climate-controlled storage?
Yes! We currently have six climate-controlled storage units. Visit our Products and Services page for specifics.
What size unit do I need?
We offer a variety of unit sizes ranging from 7’x10′ to 12’x24′ with 10’x10′ being our most common.
A 10’x10′ unit will hold the contents of a small one-bedroom apartment. A 10’x20′ will hold about half of a small 2-3 Bedroom home.
Is there a discount if I rent more than one unit, or keep the unit for several months?
There is no discount for multiple units, however, we do offer a 5% discount on the rent if you pre-pay for three months. See our products and services page for costs per unit.
Is there a deposit?
There is a security deposit equal to one month’s rent due upon move in. This is refunded to you upon moving out according to the conditions of the contract.
What are the rental periods?
All rentals start on the first of each month and end on the last day of the month (except for the three-month agreements). All agreements that start mid-month are prorated on a daily basis to the next full month. There is a one-month minimum.
