Was established in 2001 by Nate Powell after noticing a growing need in his community for secure, convenient, and affordable self-storage.
What began as a 22-unit endeavor has grown to 136 storage units, which includes 65 Standard units, 6 climate-controlled units, and 65 portable container units serving clients both locally and across the state. Nate has pioneered the local market by becoming the first self-storage business to offer on-site storage containers, which have become a very popular alternative to traditional facilities.
Nate and his wife Andrea live locally and look forward to serving the Lincoln County community for years to come.
